Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Software Development & Services
For all custom software development projects, consulting services, and design work, payments are milestone-based. All sales are final. No refunds are issued for completed and approved milestones or services rendered. Once a milestone (e.g., UI Design, Prototype, Beta Release) is delivered and approved by the client, the payment for that milestone is strictly non-refundable.
2. Engagement Models & Retainers
For monthly engagement models (retainers), clients may cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent month. No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial months.
3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Since we deal in digital services and software development, shipping is not applicable to our business. All deliverables (source code, designs, reports) are transferred digitally via email, secure cloud storage, or code repositories (e.g., GitHub, GitLab) as per the agreed project timeline.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you believe there has been a billing error or a failure to deliver agreed-upon services, please contact us specifically at support@osstftech.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and aim to resolve the issue amicably.
